Five Web Page Inclusive Offer

Shohin Systems will provide five web pages included within the price of certain web hosting offers. Below are listed the terms under which the five pages will be provided.

1.0 CONTENT

1.1 Design

Shohin Systems will work with the customer in arriving at the required web site design, and can provide templates and suggestions according to the web site's purpose. The customer will need to have some thoughts as to the base layout and colour scheme employed. Shohin Systems will not provide total web design services within this package.

1.2 Navigation

The site will be navigated by hypertext links on each page. The links will be represented by either text or single image graphical buttons. The buttons can be supplied by Shohin Systems at no extra charge. Rollover and image changing effects can be provided at extra cost to the customer.

1.3 Text content

The customer will be responsible for providing all text copy that is required for each page. There is no restriction on the quantity of text that can be included.

1.4 Graphics and graphical content

The customer will be responsible for providing all graphical images that will be included on each page.It will be the customers responsibility for ensuring that no breach of copyright is incurred by the use of the images.

1.5 Mail Form

One web page can be designated to hold an enquiry form. There is no restriction to the number of input fields on the form. No data entered into the form will be held on the host server in any format. The form will be passed to the customer's e-mail address for their own processing. The form will not be included in a secure environment.

2.0 UPDATES

2.1 Initial Changes

The customer will be allowed to have minor changes made to the web pages free of charge at any time within 28 days of the site being made live. Any further changes required thereafter will be chargeable as per our current pricing structure.
NOTE: Some offer packages may include updates that can be made at any time after going live.

2.2 Search Engine Submissions

The customer will be responsible for carrying out any search engine submissions required. Shohin Systems are able to offer this service at extra cost to the customer.
NOTE: Some offer packages may have monthly submissions included in the package price.

3.0 ADVERTISING & MARKETING

3.1 Advertising

Shohin Systems reserve the right to place a small acknowledgement to themselves at the foot of each page, with a link back to the Shohin Systems web site. No other form of advertising or banners will be placed on the customers web pages, without their prior consent.

3.2 Marketing

Shohin Systems reserve the right to use the customers site in any marketing that could be used to promote the services of Shohin Systems. Customers may be asked to provide testimonials on behalf of Shohin Systems and can refuse to supply the testimonial should they so wish.
