TERMS OF SERVICE

S1 Consulting trading from the web domain of ShohinSystems provide Domain Name registration and web space accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by us when it is decided that the account or service has been inappropriately used or otherwise. Please read the following carefully before you order from S1 Consulting Limited.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

1.0 DOMAIN REGISTRATION

1.1 DOMAIN ORDERING

Domain Names are registered at the request of the client via the order form found here . Once we receive your order this is then processed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out on this page. The order will, where possible, be processed when it is received. On occasions, orders may not be processed on receipt. During the period of time when the customer submits the order and when a member of staff at S1 Consulting Limited processes the order and registers the domain name, we take no responsibility for the Domain Name being registered by another party/registrant.

1.2 DOMAIN ORDERING PRIVACY

Under no circumstances do we or any of our staff make available any Domain Name search results performed on this site to third parties. S1 Consulting Limited and its staff will not register your chosen/ordered Domain Name or any Domain Names that may be searched for at this web site.

1.3 DOMAIN ORDER CANCELLATION

If an order has been placed incorrectly, a cancellation request must be received at sales immediately after the order was placed. If we do not receive any such request and your order is processed in due course, you will be liable to pay for the Domain Name and any other services.

1.4.0 DOMAIN ORDER ERRORS

If your order has errors, please send an e-mail to sales to make any corrections. If your order has any errors and we are not notified, then we cannot be held responsible for these.

1.4.1 DOMAIN NAME

If the domain name has been incorrectly entered on the order form by the client and registered by us, the client will be responsible for paying for the Domain Name. If the domain name has been registered incorrectly by a member of staff at S1 Consulting Limited at the point of registration, we will correct the mistake.

1.4.1 REGISTRANTS NAME

If there is an error in the Registrants Name on the Domain Name record, and the error can be traced back to the original order, we will not be responsible for the error. We will at our discretion help the client to change/amend the Registrants Name on the Domain Name record. If the error has been made by us at the point of registration, we will try our best to amend the Registrants name.

1.4.1 ADDRESS/CONTACT DETAILS

If the address/contact details have been incorrectly entered on the order form by the client and used in the Domain Name registration by us, we will choose whether to amend the details on behalf of the client. If the address/contact details have been registered incorrectly by a member of staff at S1 Consulting Limited at the point of registration, we will correct the mistake/s.

1.5 ADDITIONAL SERVICES

If the customer chooses additional services at the point of ordering such as e-mail and web forwarding or web space, these will be set-up at the same time as the domain name is confirmed registered. Additions or withdrawal of services are permitted if carried out within 7 days of the date of ordering by the client. Invoices will be adjusted accordingly. If additional services are requested more than 7 days after the initial order was placed, the full price of the additional services will be applicable.

2.0 SERVER USE

Web space account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.

S1 Consulting Limited reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to the servers to anyone at any time.

We do not allow any of the following content to be stored on any servers:

Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of S1 Consulting Limited.

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
You may not run server processes (e.g. talkers/IRC bots) from your web space.

3.0 HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY

Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilisation.

We may implement the following policy to our sole discretion:

When a website is found to be monopolising the resources available, the account holder will be contacted in order to discuss the situation. If no arrangement can be reached, we reserve the right to terminate the account giving one months notice.

4.0 BACK-UP POLICY

The servers are backup periodically. However, we cannot be held in any way responsible if information is lost. Ultimately, it is the customers responsibility to keep copies of their web sites or other electronic information held on the servers. Clients who have web access can back-up their e-mail settings and web sites via their 'Personal Administration Panel' or 'Site Administration Panel'. In a case where we cannot provide your information which you held on the servers, no liability, costs or claims will be made against S1 Consulting Limited. please refer to INDEMNIFICATION below.

5.0 PAYMENT POLICIES. Important, please read carefully!

All domain names ordered through S1 Consulting Limited are registered, where possible, upon receipt of order. S1 Consulting Limited owns the rights to domain names until payment is recieved and cleared through our bank. This is facilitated by the WorldPay service. If web space has been ordered in conjunction with a domain name, this will be set up on the strict condition that payment is cleared within 14 days of the order date.

If we do not receive payment within this 14 day period, we reserve the right to suspend your domain name registration and or any other services you have ordered. If further efforts to collect monies that are due, fail, this may result in your domain name registration being cancelled and ultimately being purchased by another party. Web space accounts will also be canceled.

All pricing is guaranteed for the term set out on your first invoice. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Renewal invoices will be sent out to the address on our files approximately 30 days (1 month) prior to the anniversary of your account. This can be 1 year or 2 years depending upon the service or package you have with us.

Any domain name, web space account or services not paid for by the renewal date, printed on the renewal invoice will be subject to suspension with 7 days notice. If payment is not received 2 weeks after the renewal date of your service with us, your service will be subject to cancelation.

All payments will be made in UK Sterling and made through the WorldPay System on behalf of S1 Consulting Limited.

CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be prorated and paid by us if we institute our right of cancellation. If cancellation is caused by customers violation of any of the policies, terms and conditions set forth on this web site, then no refund will be due.

Customers can exercise their right to cancel their web space service with 30 days notice prior to the accounts' anniversary.

Domain names can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be given.

Payment by us will be made by company check within 30 days after final cancelation.

INDEMNIFICATION

The Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold S1 Consulting Limited harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against us, our agents, customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless S1 Consulting Limited against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with the server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from our server.

DISCLAIMER

We will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by S1 Consulting Limited and its employees. We reserve the right to revise our policies at any time.
